Here we highlight a selection of recent good news stories that show the length and breadth the hospitality industry is going to in order to support the emergency services and society's most vulnerable.
On 29th January Peckham restaurant will be teaming up with Streetsmart to run a charity cookalong, raising money for homeless and vulnerable people affected by the pandemic.
Then on the night itself join Chef Director Nicholas Balfe live as he preps the three-course meal whilst writer and entertaining expert Alexandra Dudley offers tips on table dressing.
The menu comprises an array of starters – comte straws, onion brioche, smoked cod’s roe and ricotta with blood orange and radicchio – followed by a main of herb-crusted cod or hispi cabbage, with smoked butter sauce, sprouting broccoli and hasselback potatoes, all rounded off by tarte tatin.
