Greene King Relaunches Employee Support Fund

Pub chain and brewer Greene King is to relaunch its Coronavirus employee support fund in partnership with the Licensed Trade Charity.

The first Team Member Support Fund, which ran from March to June 2020, saw Greene King raise £650,000, which it donated in grants to support staff most affected by the crisis.

These grants enabled the recipients to access vouchers, which could be spent on food and other essentials.

The fund is now being revived in response to the third national lockdown, which is leaving many Greene King workers facing dire financial strain.
